The Last Supper ..@ La Maison de Pierre Olonzac
Our time at Olonzac is drawing to a close and tomorrow Alex is leaving to fly back to Australia. A dinner is planned with some fine French wine.

- oysters, smoked salmon on blinis with lemon hollandaise, foie gras with a onion jam.
- very large prawns flamed in whisky with scollops in a cream sauce on tagliatelli.
- rare roast beef with Margie's 3 day demi-glaze, potato & pumpkin cake and baby carrots
- assorted local cheeses
- tart tartin with ice cream

- 2007 Joseph Drouhin Puligny Montrachet
- 2008 Nuits St Georges "Les St Georges"
- 2006 Chateau Talbot St Julian
- 2006 Barsac "Crypres de Climens"
